New Artist Artwork Submission Form
Are you a NEW artist to AAB? This is the form you use to send us all the information and photos we need to create your Artist page on our website and to add you to our Artist Gallery page.
Your artwork shows up in two places on our website. Click the Artists item in the menu at top of our website to go to the Artists page. This page displays one photo from each artist. Click on an artist to see their Artist Page. The Artist Page displays your artist statement, a photo of you creating art wherever you do that, and 6 photos of your artwork in a gallery layout.
Here are some examples for you.
Artist Gallery page. Annette’s Artist page. Wendy’s Artist Page.
NOTE: We do not edit text, fix typos, or crop photos. You will not be added to the site until we have everything in the correct format and properly edited, so please take the time to proofread your artist statement and to take great high quality photos of your artwork.
Submissions that do not meet our guidelines will be returned to the artist for correction.

Artist Statement?
If you are not familiar with an artist statement, they are meant to introduce you to the viewer and to share your perspective on your artwork. Include a little background and use language inviting people to read your statement. Keep your Artist Statement SHORT and CONCISE. 3-4 paragraphs is best.
Please insure your artist statement does not contain any typos or grammatical errors. If you are not sure what to write, consider reviewing what other artists have put on their artist page. Any bios that require further editing will be returned to the artist. HINT: have a friend edit your bio for you.
Contact Info
Please include the correct links for any social media connections. Make sure they work before you submit them. HINT: Figuring out links is easier with a desktop browser rather than a phone.
Website Setup Fee
If you have not paid your website setup of fee ($50.00), please do so before completing all your submissions.
Photos
There are two kinds of photos we use on the Artist web page. One is the bio photo that sits next to your Artist Statement. We recommend a bio photo showing you in your studio or wherever you create.
The other photos are of your artwork and are used in the gallery view on your Artist page and one is used on the main Artists page. You can submit up to 6 photos.
Please insure your photos are in focus and show your artwork in the best way possible. We will return any photos that do not meet the guidelines to you for correction.
ALL photos must be cropped to be square.
Photos must be at least 1 to 2 mgs in size and no larger than 5 mgs.
NAME your photos so we can keep track of them: YourName-ArtworkTitle.jpg and Yourname-biophoto.jpg
We accept JPEG or PNG files.
Click the button below to go to a form where you can upload your photos.
(Note: Annette Wagner is one of our members who is hosting the photo submissions. Her name will appear on the photo upload form.)
